Introduction	I'm a part time personal trainer running my own business and a stay at home mom of 2 little ones and 1 teenage stepdaughter. I've completed quite a few sprint triathlons, a few marathons and in 2009 I completed my first Olympic distance tri and my first Half Ironman. I am now officially in training for Ironman WI 2010!
