Introduction	I am 46 years old and the single mother of a beautiful teenage daughter (see her picture at the very bottom of my blog). I am thankful that she encourages me in this journey. I am thankful that her future will be different because of it. I am also heavily involved as 8th grade Sunday School Director at my church and I hope the changes the students see in me will impact them as well about being healthy from the inside out.
