About me

Introduction My Senior Research Project, conducted for/with BASIS Tucson and titled The Intent and Application of Environmental Policy, is a thorough study of the history of the creation of environmental policy on both the federal and state level. by analyzing changes in these policies, especially in terms of NEPA, the National Environmental Policy Act, I hope to find the connections between current application of these policies and the creation of the policies themselves. Working with Harris Environmental Group in Tucson, an organization that works extensively with NEPA, I am gaining a firsthand look at the enforcement and application of the NEPA. I am currently working to combine this experience with extensive research into the history of environmental policy and primary documents, so that I may find patterns and connections of significance.
