| Introduction | I'm hoping to get down to a weight that finally matches my drivers license. I've been lying to the state for a good 15 years now. I'm a skeptic and cynic by nature. I'd rather be a pessimist and then be pleasantly surprised by something good happening than getting my hopes up and then having them crushed.
