Introduction	I have invested in real estate since 1981. I became a licensed salesperson in 1983, let my license lapse, and then became a broker again in 2007. I have "invested" in real estate since my first home purchase in 1981. I say invested, because every property I have bought and subsequently sold, has been profitable for me. The primary factor that determines profitablity is whether or not the property was purchased right. I hope to educate and assist others in doing what I have done!
