| Introduction | I am a wife, a mother to four beautiful children and a step mother to an amazing teenager. I am a sister. I am a perinatal social worker specializing in postpartum mood disorders. I am currently an independent consultant providing specialized services to pregnant and postpartum women and their families. In addition, I conduct workshops to help educate women on how to navigate their personal mental health journey. Finally, I also provide in-service training seminars for professionals in all fields that work with the perinatal population. | Favorite music | I like a mix of many different types. Not much I really do not like. Just saw Lynyrd Skynyrd and Kid Rock in concert (AWESOME) and will see Billy Joel and Elton John this week...an example of my broad range! |
| Favorite books | I have been reading Jodi Picoult for leisure reading lately and love her style. Besides that, I have read several postpartum mood disorder books and even more Social Work books over the past few years. I will admit becoming addicted to the Twilight series books...and am sad I finished them all! |
