| Introduction | Ruth & I met on a blind date at Ft. Gordon, GA. Fell in love on first sight. She went to RVN first and discovered Headhunters at Camp Holloway. With the help of Arlie Deaton, they were able to get me assigned to 219th when I graduated from flight school at Rucker. What a life we have have - Married 41 years, Two sons and four grandsons. I flew for active Army and National Guard. Over 8,000 hrs. in helicopters and fixed wing but now I like being on the ground more. |
