Introduction	I'm a 32 year old working lady with an awesome wife and two pups, who is attempting to dive back into writing and self-publishing through this newfangled thing I've recently discovered, the blog. It is about eating, because I'm definitely all about eating... more so than most anything else. I eat plants and write about my adventures in the kitchen. My apologies if you came here looking for an ode to Walt Whitman. While I appreciate his work, my blog title is merely a ripoff, and if it must reference anything, that would be to my fairly liberal application of nose-to-tail cooking and living (um, and I mean that in the most vegetarian way possible).
Interests	Spending time with my wife and dogs in our loft (which is what I do the most of besides work), exploring this super cool place I live called the San Francisco bay area, roller derby (formerly a rec leaguer & always a fan), circus arts (beginner ropes and scarves and very on hiatus), watching probably too much tv, cooking vegan, baking vegan, baking dog treats vegan, eating at great vegan places, planning vacations in my mind that one day we WILL take, and getting the projects done that I previously only stared longingly at (it's all about the present).
