| Introduction | Born in 1979 - I left Wales to follow my dreams of getting into IT at the age of 17. I travelled to Scotland and through a friend got a contract as an IT consultant working for companies Chello Broadband in Amsterdam. After returning to the UK, I followed with consultant position at BT/Marconi, BBC & Freeserve before moving to the Isle of Wight in 2000. After the dotcom crash, I set up an IT/Internet company with a designer business partner and 6 years on recently sold my stake in the business, I now work as Senior Information Architect with OC Vision - a technical web and design agency based in East Cowes, providing web and IT work for a number of high profile sailing clients including Dame Ellen MacArthur, Mike Golding and Nick Moloney. |
