| Introduction | Iván Robayo Molina is a chemist specializing in electrochemistry and modeling. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in chemistry from the National University of Colombia (UNAL), where he focused on modeling chemical oscillators. After working with environmental agencies monitoring air and water quality, he pursued a Ph.D. at the University of Limerick, Ireland, researching porphyrin self-assembly kinetics and photo-electron transfer at liquid-liquid interfaces. His work has been published in journals such as the Journal of the American Chemical Society and Chemical Science. In 2021, he joined KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden, focusing on impedance characterization and sensor modeling. Since March 2024, he has been a spectroelectrochemist specialist at Redox.me, developing integrated electrochemical and optical measurement systems. Outside of work, Iván enjoys competitive 10 km running, cycling through Stockholm's forests, and playing chess. |
