After graduating from Florida State University, I started Lear & Associates (www.learsearch.com), which averages over 100 candidate placements per year. I have had the opportunity to work with thousands of people over the last 20 years. In 2001, I co-founded www.GreatInsuranceJobs.com with partner/President Scott Kotroba. Scott is a 1995 graduate of the University of Florida. Yes, a lot wonder how a Gator and a Nole work together!
