| Introduction | I was born and raised in Salt Lake City and graduated from Skyline High School in 1992. I served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Denmark. Following my mission, I attended the University of Utah where I met my wonderful wife, Nicole. I graduated with Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Organizational Communication. Following my undergraduate studies, I attended the Appalachian School of Law in Virginia, where I earned my Juris Doctor and graduated summa cum laude. I now practice law for a firm in downtown Salt Lake in the area of civil defense litigation. From 1998 to 2006 I served in the Utah Army National Guard and attained the rank of Staff Sergeant. I served one deployment to former Yugoslavia during that time. I am an Eagle Scout. My wife and I have three children and live in Foxboro and have lived in North Salt Lake for just over 2 years. |
