| Introduction | I'm a Singaporean living in upstate NY where the 4 seasons never fail to charm me. My name doesn't get used as much these days and I answer to various forms of the name "Mummy", even if those child-like voices aren't my spawns. Then again, at other times, I choose to turn deaf to the same name because I am having an off day. I have many kids -- 4 exactly. They often kill me with both their whining and whinging and also by the fact that my tremendous affection for them feels like it could rip me apart. I'm married to a man who still makes me laugh like a hyena, and sleep like a baby. My hubs loves all hyenas and other warm fuzzy animals -- even the ugly slimy ones. Hence, he is sworn off eating them -- forever. I'm neither vegan nor a vegetarian. Furry animals can be quite tasty. I like dry humour even if I find my Dad's inane fart jokes hysterically funny --especially when they are aimed at my Mother. My blog is a means of keeping my family and friends afar updated. Also, where I throw in gratuituous pictures of my kids, food and whatever else that fascinates me. |
