My Mother Created, My Father's Mother Created And Now I Am Creating. I Remember Watching My Grandmother Making Her Own Clothes For Years, And Patchworking Quilts. Little Remnant Fabrics She Used In Her Clothing Designs, Sewn With Love Into My Quilt For Me To Cherish Everyday. I Sit At My Machine And Think Of My Mother Sitting At Her Old 1970's Pink Kenmore Sewing Machine, Looking Over Her Half Lens Glasses, Making Curtains. I Cannot Help But Smile. I Love That I Was Born With The Inspiration And Desire To Create. I Am Drawn To Creating Original Ideas. I Love To Make My Own Patterns And Work With My Own Designs. My Kids Love Being A Part Of The Creation Process. They Are Both "Mommy's Little Helpers". I Love Inspiring Them To Tap Into Their Own Creative Energy. |
