With many years experience in studying alternative ways of being for health and wellness. Knowing we all need support in many areas to remember our divine origins I have explored many things which support the journey to wellness. Initially I trained at the Kushi Institute in London in 1981 and my adventures in finding what helps a healthy lifestyle has continued ever since ...using the power of the imagination in retelling our stories and recreating our bodies with energy techniques and delicious, healthy foods: Organic, mostly vegan, Macrobiotic, Raw Living and Ayurvedic Foods.... for a happier, healthier life and a reconnection to the 'I Am' ... whole, healed and holy: A spiritual being in a human experience. |
