Introduction	I am a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University and have a Bachelor's Degree in International Business with minors in Spanish and music. In July of 2007, I finished graduate school at the same university, where I received my Master's in Business Administration. In 2002, I competed in my first pageant as a senior in high school and represented Summit County at Ohio's Junior Miss Scholarship Program. For 4 years, I competed in the Miss America Scholarship Program and was crowned Miss Southern Ohio 2008, followed by 3 years of competing for the title of Miss Black Ohio USA. There I finished as 1st runner-up and Interview Winner. In 2011, I competed at Miss Ohio International as Miss Akron International and finished as 2nd runner-up. In 2012, I competed as Miss Ohio Essence at the Miss Essence pageant and finished 1st runner-up. In April of 2013, I compete for the title of Miss Midwest Galaxy. My platform is Urban Renewal through Habitat for Humanity.
