Introduction	Eating and cooking for me is about eating exciting, varied foods, sharing my passion for food with people in my life and hopefully inspiring them to have a go and get in the kitchen. That's why I set up the blog, it captures the recipes I cook at home for my husband, our family and friends. Some of the dishes are ordinary and some less so, but all are delicious and easy. They don't require a qualification, just a little bit of time and the right ingredients.
