| Introduction | We all seem to be waiting for something to come to us before we can move on in life: ‘Waiting for a perfect “something” before we can be truly happy. What am I waiting for? I’m waiting for that paralyzing fear of people to go away so I can move on in my life. My little secret is I become paralyzed with fear when it come to talking to people or making friends. I’ll be your BFF online, but get me face to face and I turn into a complete introvert! So I keep on running, keep on showing up and keep on hoping to make friends and leave the fear behind.
