Introduction	I am a food and travel enthusiast with a passion for anything edible. My personal and professional ambitions focus on working with underserved populations, addressing hunger causes and nutritional education. Using my degrees in Culinary Arts, Restaurant Management, and Food and Nutrition Anthropology, I research food history and culture, utilizing that to educate women, children , and others about eating healthy on a budget, and celebrating their native cuisines in a healthful way.
