| Introduction | I am not a spinster yet. Really. I'm only 33 and that's the new 12 if we're abiding by the "50 is the new 30" standard. I'm single. I live with my cats. I adore my cats. I live amongst yarn. I have 2 pairs of elastic-waist-band pants. It doesn't mean anything. I'm an ex-corporate lawyer who saw the light and escaped the stressful daily legal grind for the uber-stressful daily educational grind of third grade. That's right. I incrementally sacrifice my sanity to awaken the young minds of first graders. Or at least to teach them the 3 Rs and to occasionally entertain them by tripping over a chair or running into the air conditioner. |
