| Introduction | Designing With A Philosophy. Although I respect every style there is, I would design with a philosophy instead. Starting from the site, then to client’s needs and arrive to a solution which is in general - minimal in concept: footprint, space, volume, material, cost, and construction method. At the same time maximize every latent return: purpose, endurance, excellence, expediency, freedom, and green concerns. Solution to a project should touch the deepest spirit in us aside from our senses. Details are crucial including the remotest millimetre that our eyes may never see but contribute to the whole quality of projections. Like a person so unique, the same thing should be to each project to exactly fit the exclusivity of that individual. The use of local materials is of great emphasis to every project but the use of new technological compositions have their rightly place. |
