Introduction	I'm just a small town girl who writes from her heart. I have lost, at one point, 106 lbs. on my own. I did this through diet (less portions) and by exercise. I am around 60 lbs. away from goal right now. I was as close as 2 lbs. away at one time. I write in this blog to share my thoughts and my struggles, to help people understand what I have been through and to inspire people.
