I follow world politics with a view that ideas and realities shape each other through a two-way interaction, in which more often than not ideas have preeminence. Thus understanding the dynamics, inter-linkages and influence of ideas can help make sense of a sometimes confusing world. I am a Romanian and also blog occasionally on Romanian politics and other issues in my mother tongue. And that may be the ultimate test in making sense of apparent chaos.
