Introduction	I'm the mother of a 10-year-old boy. I figured out his behavior issues and hyperactivity were related to food allergies, including dairy, soy, wheat, eggs, nuts, shellfish, yeast/citric acid, and artificial colors/flavors. He's now a normal, healthy kid, and I want to share what I've learned.
Interests	I am first and foremost the mother of my wonderful 10-year-old son. I'm married, a full-time bookkeeper and members services rep at a large nonprofit association, hold a Master's degree in Public and Nonprofit Administration, and enjoy weightlifting. I call myself the Crazy Food Lady because sometimes it seems like I see links to food in everything. But maybe I'm not so crazy. :-)
