| Introduction | I am a 21 year old college junior who is ready to enter the restaurant business with a huge bang. I am currently attending Florida International University majoring in Hospitality Management. I noticed that on my way to work and mostly to school, I tend to run into some pretty interesting people. My mom always told me that every person has a story to tell.... ok so my mom did not really tell my that but I was hoping for the "awww your right" type of response from you (my readers...
