Introduction	I am inspired by those that have the courage to speak their truths and live their lives out loud for the world to see. And it is here that I will talk about my journey of self discovery. My journey to a healthier and happier me from the inside out. As a mom of 3 teenage girls and blessed half of an amazing partnership with my boyfriend I know how life can move so fast we forget to take care of ourselves.
