Introduction	I'm a former engineer, who was diagnosed with Diabetes in 2006. I've since developed an athletic program and diet, and cured myself of the disease. I want to share this information with others who are suffering from Diabetes and other obesity related illnesses.

Favorite Movies	Suffice to say, I'm a cinephile. If it's a movie I've probably seen it, if I liked it, I've seen it more than once.
Favorite Music	Same thing here. I like music that falls within the 20Hz to 20 KHz range.
Favorite Books	I really hate these kinds of questions. I love to read. I'm into fiction, the classics, and educational reading.
