Introduction	I first got into sugarcraft about 12 years ago when I attended some local classes (thanks Janet). I soon got the bug and several courses, classes and demonstrations and hundreds of pounds later, I am an award winning cake designer and decorator with Gold Medals at both Cake International 2008 and 2009. I enjoy sharing my skills and enthusiasm with others and, as an Accredited Demonstrator with the British Sugarcraft Guild, I am available for demonstrations, workshops and private tuition. My cakes have featured in Wedding Cakes, a Design Source, Issues 20, 24, 25, 36 and 38, as well as Worcestershire Living, February 2011 and Wedding Ideas, November 2010 and April 2011.
