Introduction	I love food. There it is, plain and simple. Making something from scratch and watching friends and guests light up as they try something new or something old, but redone - is one of the greatest rewards. I've put myself into that dish - thank you for enjoying it. I also take the criticisms (when they come) - I've got to know how to fix it, tweak it or abandon it. So take some lardons, throw 'em in a pan and fry up something good. Because now I'm hungry again!
