Introduction	I was fortunate to be raised valuing health and wellness. I have a BS in Physical Education; MS in Health Fitness Management and I am currently completing requirements to become a registered dietitian. Now, with 2 children in public elementary schools, I am attempting to combine my "worlds" to continue to promote health and wellness not only with my family but also in my community.
