| Introduction | I LOVE making cakes and food for people. I learned early on, even before I went to culinary school that if you want to make friends, make food. I went to Culinary school in Las Vegas and once I got into the Baking and Pastry classes I was bitten by the baking bug. I had a business in Las Vegas and have been doing cakes ever since. I don't work from books and I don't do cookie cutter cakes. I love working with people to come up with exactly what they want for their big occasion. I'm also a big believer that you should actually want to eat the cake you buy, so all my cakes are homemade and frosted with homemade butter creams, no shortening around here! |
