Introduction	I am a consultant to individuals, agencies, municipalities and organizations that employ Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). My consultation is focused on improving the quality of care, support and safety of people receiving services from DSPs by improving their education, competence and ethical/professional development. I hope that the quality and respect for life of people with disabilities will be improved and positively affected by my work.
