| Introduction | A young writer with passion for writing to touch my country, Nigeria. Many people i see today love fame, money but I love change. I want to stop corruption through pen. According to Anatole France, "to accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe.” The optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty. “All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.” “The environment that people live in is the environment that they learn to live in, respond to, and perpetuate. If the environment is good, so be it. But, if it is poor, so is the quality of life within it.” A person’s environment can have a powerful influence on his or her behavior. Therefore, if you want to improve your health and increase your wealth, remove cues to engage in unhealthy practices and add prompts to perform recommended ones. In other words, avoid or change situations that lead to unwanted actions and, instead, set yourself up to succeed. “I’ve discovered that numerous peak performers use the skill of mental rehearsal of visualization.” |
