Introduction	Located at 123 N. 17th St. in west Chariton, Iowa, the museum now is open every Tuesday through Saturday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Visits may be arranged at other times depending upon availability of staff. If you would like to become a LCHS member, annual dues are $5. Checks for that amount payable to the Lucas County Historical Society may be mailed to P.O. Box 807, Chariton, IA 50049.
