| Introduction | I'm Melissa Rodgers, an on-location, natural light, Portrait Photographer. I live in the quaint little town of Niles, which is located in the Beautiful area of Southwest Michigan. I'm a wife to my wonderful Husband and a mom to my two darling daughters. I'm a Full time stay-at-home-mom and love every minute of it. Yes, Even the stressful times. On the flip side from my family life, God has been given the opportunity to follow my life-long passion of Photography. I became interested in Photography at an early age, and as my Mama tells me, I have always had a camera in my hand. When my daughters were born, I decided it was time to purchase a camera that will help me capture all those moments, from the smiles to the pouts. Once I did that, My passion grew much more. Out of the blue, I fell into a great opportunity to mentor with the Fabulous Cathy Deitz, She helped me fine tune my skills, and I then Assisted her in doing a variety of weddings and events. My Passion is to work with Families, Teens, children and Babies. I love to catch those smiles, pouts, and "looks" a child or baby can give.
