| Introduction | As a young girl I spent a portion of every summer in Burlington, IA. Fourth of July fireworks at Crapo Park, Snake Alley and hours upon hours at the Golf Club swimming and playing tennis with my Schramm cousins. My grandparents, Hilda Mabley & Warren Pomeroy Clark lived at 911 N. 7th St. Great-grandparents, Ella Lamson & Charles Clapp Clark lived at 922 N. 3rd. This summer I will travel with my mother-in-law, Virginia, back to Iowa to journey down memory lane and further research the Clark & Schramm geneology. |
