Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I DO wear a scarf thank you VERY MUCH! I only just figured out how to tie it in that really cool "look at me i'm a model" type way. Before last week, i just walked around wrapped up to my eyeballs in 40% cotton, 60% polyester.
