| Introduction | Nicole & Family. We live in the beautiful South West of Ireland and love it! Bunratty Castle is 5 minutes from our home as well as the famous Durty Nelly's, Dromoland Castle is 10 mins drive from us. I am Nicole and the author of this blog and my husband and love of my life was my biggest blog fan. He died suddenly November 2008,he is a huge loss to me, Steven and to the little girl we waited so long for and knew him as her Daddy. I was going to close this blog - but he was such a fan I decided to keep it....we had agreed it was for Jennifer so, it stays that way and I continue to update it for her. We are very proud of our Irish-Dutch culture. We have the most beautiful son in the world, I'm so blessed with him - he really is the apple of my eye....and now, since the 24th May 2008 there's our sweet newly adopted baby girl.
