Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:
I've done it several times. You just need a good paring knife, work your way around the apple, continuing down the apple as you peel a strip until the whole apple is peeled and you have one long strip. I remember watching my grandpa peel apples this way, and my brother and I would fight over who got the strips of peel to snack on!
