| Introduction | i have been running since may 1, 2009. i ran my first 8k road race july 12, 2009 and did very well. I am also the 2009 fast walking champion. i have just been diagnosed with occipital nerve neurolgia which is a very painful nerve disorder and am currently taking a new medication. even though i can't run anymore, i am still able to walk which is keeping me in shape. |
