Introduction	I've loved cooking ever since I was a child. When I was told I needed to follow a strict gluten free diet I used the skills I learned to begin creating delicious meals gluten free (gf). I missed the gluten at first but as my gf baking skills improved, I stopped missing the gluten. I've also starting making more vegetarian meals as well, and I tend to stick with fresh, organic and sustainable foods. Please enjoy my blog and try my recipes!
