| Introduction | I found CrossFit in July 2009, I was looking to take my training to a different level. I have been having a really hard time lately after injuring my back. Every time I start getting strong again I get injured. I need to learn how to listen to my body and how to recover. No one ever teaches you that. I have lost motivation and have gained A LOT of weight. This year long assessment comes at a perfect time for me. I need to make a comeback! My goals for this year: 1. I weigh 40 pounds less a. Daily: Prep my food for the next day, keep food journal,blog about progress b. Weekly: I will make sure that I have the food I need in the house to be successful. I weigh myself I communicate progress to Dr. Jaime 2. I can do a Hand Stand Push Up a. I do hand stand holds 3 times a week b. I do HSPU off a box twice a week 3. I sleep a minimum of 7 hours a. manage my time in the evening to get to bed earlier |
