| Introduction | I am a late-blooming missionary living in Rwanda, since 2005, doing leadership development in the area of children and women at risk. I work, pray, rest, visit with friends, preach, teach, and support several young people in their education. I speak Kinyarwanda, although am still far from fluent in this beautiful language. I drive a 1999 RAV4 (two-door) which serves most days as a "taxi" for as many as five people who need a lift here or there. I drive fast and mostly well, alert at all times for the "motos" that swarm through traffic from every side. I love this country, and seek and pray for its healing and transformation, even as I discover how God is transforming me in radical, inside-out ways. |
