Introduction	Prof. Carlos Galizzi is a graduate teacher from Joaquín V. Gonzalez. He has been a teacher trainer at the "Program for teacher development", Universidad de Belgrano. He has obtained a Diploma in "Management and Leadership of the Education System and its Institutions" at FLACSO Argentina, an organization created by a UNESCO initiative. He is the founder of WISE an organization for Teacher Development with good academic standards.
