Introduction Mzansi Vuvuzelas and African Craftworkers is a Women Empowerment project based in the Township of Imizamo-yethu in Hout Bay, Cape Town, South Africa. We contract the highly gifted impoverished and unemployed women of our local township to create the finest quality African beaded work and other arts and crafts. Our most recent success has been our Beaded Vuvuzelas, over the World Cup period it proved to be a highly coveted item with many individuals purchasing them as gifts, memorabilia and supporter gear. The Vuvuzela project lives on after the World Cup and the Women are still benefiting from their beautiful creations. We also create a large range of other bead work and crafts such as Jewellery, Decor products and hand made paper. If you are interested in any of our products or have an Idea in mind that we could create for you on a larger scale please don't hesitate to contact us. We also sell a range standard plastic vuvuzelas at wholesale prices. If you are a retailer all our mentioned, photographed and custom made products are available at wholesale prices. Discounts are available for large orders.
