Introduction	My beloved brother, Bob, left this physical plane unexpectedly October 2, 2006. He was 38 years old. I am going to use this blog to describe my experiences living with the loss and the many dimensions of the grief journey. This will be a place for self-exploration and also a place of support for those who are bereaved. In addition, I hope it will inform those who want to better understand someone who has lost a loved one.
