| Introduction | Bridges of Hope Project was started by a group of committed Turkish-Americans who have come together to raise awareness and resources for nonprofit organizations that promote economic and social development in Turkey. Our long-term objective is to become a virtual bridge of hope between the Turkish-American community, other friends in the U.S. and Turkey. We seek to mobilize corporations, professional groups and individuals interested in contributing to the improvement of social conditions in all regions of Turkey. We are resolved to encourage social entrepreneurs in the development of new strategies to combat Turkey's social problems with specific emphasis on support of educational projects. In all our activities, we are committed to transparency, fairness and accountability. |
