| Introduction | Hi my name is Liam Savage. I am 28 years of age and live in Bournemouth, Dorset. I have worked in the hospitalty industry for the past 10 years covering many different roles form working in kitchens to running a bar restaurant and currently working as a brand representative. My love of the hospitality industry started to blossom when i wrked and managed a local cocktail lounge bar in poole. Here I was mentored and trained by top class mixologists of the industry. From this point on my obsession with cocktails and mixology began, and after working for three years in this enviroment i became a fully fledged mixologist with a broad knowledge and appreciation of this unique, ever changing industry. |
