| Introduction | Emmy-nominated writer Hugh Sterbakov has sold TV and feature scripts to AMC, Paramount, Urban Entertainment, G4, Fox, SyFy and Disney. He has twice been nominated for Emmys, for Robot Chicken: Star Wars Episodes I and III. For the latter, he won an Annie Award for Best Writing in a Television Series. Hugh has written over 1,000 feature articles and reviews for such illustrious rags as America Online, Gamespot, The Huffington Post, Time Out New York, ToyFare, Wizard, World of Warcraft: The Official Magazine, GamePro and CNN. He also developed marketing concepts for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed and missions for Spore Galactic Adventures. He currently co-hosts the One of Swords podcast with Activision’s Community Manager, Dan Amrich. Hugh also wrote the critically acclaimed comic book Freshmen. Freshmen and Freshmen II are available in graphic novel form, and Freshmen is in development as a feature film. Hell & Back, a stop-motion feature film written by Hugh, is currently in production at Shadowmachine Films. He recently published his first novel, City Under the Moon, a science fiction thriller about a werewolf epidemic in Manhattan. |
