Introduction	My name is Justin and I live in Friendswood, Texas, I am a husband and father to 4 children. Currently I'm trying to find the balance between family and tri-ing. I started riding in April of '09 as a way to improve my fitness and to set a good example for my 4 children. While riding I set a goal to complete a Sprint Triathlon as a tool to motivating myself to stay with the exercise program. At the time I didn't know what I was getting myself into... once that goal was reached I had to set another, and another, and another...... The journey is now just beginning.
